Evidence-level datasets

These are the most detailed PhosphoLink files. Each row represents one regulatory evidence record and includes kinase, phosphatase, or regulator, substrate, site, source, and mapping fields.

Complete regulatory evidence database

This dataset contains all PhosphoLink regulatory evidence records, including literature-derived records and records integrated from external databases.

Database summary views

Use these files when you do not need one row per evidence record. Each file summarizes the complete PhosphoLink database from a different biological perspective.

Protein-centered view

View Protein Entries →

One row per protein, with UniProt ID, displayed name, regulatory role, kinase or phosphatase family, and organism. Useful for protein lists, identifier mapping, and role-based analyses.

Kinase and phosphatase family view

View Kinase/Phosphatase Family →

One row per family, with family type and member UniProt IDs. Useful for family-level enrichment, grouping, and regulator-family comparisons.

Regulatory relationship-centered view

View Regulatory Relationships →

One summarized regulatory relationship per row, with reaction type, sites, supporting literature, and annotation score. Useful for pair-level analysis without duplicate evidence records.

Publication-centered view

View Source Literature →

One row per supporting publication, with PMID, year, title, and associated regulatory relationships. Useful for literature collections, publication trends, and source tracking.
